In this 2 hour workshop, you will experience the powerful benefits of the Yin Yoga practice. Highlighting and targeting specific areas of the body, connected to energetic pathways, and created for deep introspection, you will be safely led into long held asanas/poses to encourage the ultimate release of tension and experience deep relaxation. This practice is for everyone. Included will be New Years intention setting practice, Yin Yoga for the Kidneys and the spine, and the workshop will end with a guided Yoga Nidra mediation.
